A multigenerational commitment to quality

A.A. Sealcoat traces its roots to 1972 and has operated in the Treasure and Magic valleys since 1983.

Today, the team serves residential and commercial properties across eastern Oregon, the Treasure Valley, the Magic Valley, and north to McCall with a commitment to high-quality materials, careful workmanship, and dependable service. A.A. Sealcoat also educates and collaborates with customers before, during, and after each project, explaining pavement conditions, recommended work, and long-term care so customers can make confident decisions.

Our approach

Recommend the work the pavement actually needs

Sealcoating, crack treatment, patching, striping, and sweeping each have a different purpose. The first job is to identify the surface condition and explain the right order of work.

Preventive maintenance works best before the pavement reaches structural failure. When a surface has potholes, sunken areas, or widespread alligator cracking, repair should be evaluated before a coating is considered.

For every project, access, traffic, weather, preparation, and reopening time matter. Those details should be clear in the estimate and confirmed again before work begins.

Project clarity

Important details belong in the estimate

Every property and pavement condition is different. The estimate should explain the recommended materials, work sequence, access plan, and reopening guidance for your project.

  • The visible pavement problems and areas included in the scope.
  • Preparation, repair, coating, marking, or sweeping steps.
  • Weather requirements, property access, and traffic control.
  • The project-specific closure and reopening plan.
